🍓 Energy Update: The Strawberry Full Moon

This week’s energy carries the glow of the Strawberry Full Moon – a time traditionally linked with ripening, reflection, and emotional truth.It’s not just about the strawberry harvest, (although who doesn’t love fresh strawberries and cream at this time of year?) It’s also about recognising what’s been quietly growing within you. What inner sweetness is ready to be acknowledged? What truth wants to rise gently to the surface?

This Moon always invites softness, not urgency and is associated with female energy in different cultures around the world. But the Full Moon is often associated with heightened energy, manifestation, and emotional intensity. Many spiritual traditions believe that during this phase, the moon’s energy is at its peak, making it a powerful time for setting intentions, celebrating achievements, and releasing what no longer serves you.
