This week we’ve been looking at what it really means to care for our own wellbeing, not only at home, but also in the places where stress often shows up most strongly, like the workplace.

This Week’s Focus: Personal Wellbeing

Stress is all around us, and many of us will feel it more at this time of year as schools return, the holiday season ends, and we begin to realise that autumn is approaching as the nights start drawing in. So, this week, we’ve been focusing on ways that we can alleviate stress at home and at work, and also find ways to reconnect to our true selves – that non-physical Higher Self which knows that everything will be OK.

This Week’s Reflection

What would shift for you if you gave yourself permission to pause, both at home and at work, even for just a few minutes?

Remember, our wellbeing isn’t just something we practise when life is quiet. It’s the thread that helps us weave balance into the everyday moments. You are in control of that, no one else. It may feel like someone else is pulling the strings at times, but in reality, you have the power over your own life. And giving yourself a little self-love and self-care is the key to stepping back into your own power.

Sometimes the simplest reminder carries the deepest truth. Meditation helps you reconnect to yourself. When the rest of the world is clamouring for your attention, give yourself a break and focus inwardly. I promise you will not be disappointed.
